The reception desk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m, but guests can enter and leave the hostel independently.

The handover of beds and private rooms is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. and no later than 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise needed by the guests, which should be notified in advance.

You can arrive at the hostel before check-in time by waiting in the dedicated areas (lounge, verandas and garden), but not before the reception opening time (8:30 a.m.)

Yes, late check-in is possible up to maximum 01:00 a.m.,with advance notice to the reception. It is free until 10 p.m then, from 10 p.m. to 1a.m., an aditional fee of €15 will be charged. Please remember that after this time, it is no longer possible to check in at the hostel.

On the day of your departure, private rooms, dorms bed and their lockers/storages must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow the attendants to do the cleaning. Of course, guests can leave theirluggage in the custody of the front desk. A guest who fails to vacate the private room, bed space or their lockers/storage facilities by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure must pay for the following night.

Late check out in rooms is not possible in this hostel. However, after the permitted hours, it is possible to use the hostel’s general bathroom, related shower and kitchen at an additional cost of 5€, upon communication to reception.

By law we cannot accomodate minors unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian with written parental authority.

You pay 30% at the time of booking and in case of cancellation this amount will be withheld.

It is the guest’s responsibility to make their own arrangements to pick up or ship any items forgotten in the hostel, which will be kept for up to a maximum of 90 days. At the end of that period, the items will be disposed of.
